Rhoda Staneley
With over 40 years of experience in teaching, mentoring and nurturing creativity, Rhoda brings a lifetime of passion for thread-based crafts to Creator's Hands. Her practice spans embroidery and patchwork-quilting to appliqué and textile art, grounded in a deep love for traditional skills and their place in contemporary life.
Her teaching blends gentle guidance with joyful experimentation, shaped by decades of working with learners of all ages. For her, craft is more than technique. It's storytelling, memory and care stitched into every piece.
Through Creator's Hands, Rhoda hopes to create a space where craft is passed on not just as a skill, but as a way of seeing and being: slow, intentional and connected.
